The global fee for LASIK at the Mid-America Eye Center includes the following:
•Preoperative eye examination
•Surgeon's fee
•Facility fee
•Scheduled postoperative exams for the first year, including enhancement if necessary
•Postoperative medications
Mid-America Eye Center feels that financial considerations should not be an obstacle in choosing to have LASIK surgery. Therefore, we offer the following financing options.

- Credit card for health care costs
Payment in full is due the day before surgery, if paid by cash or credit card and due 10 days prior to surgery if paid by check.
For your convenience, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for in-house payments.
